Got a hiccup with your order? No worries! Just ring us at 1-888-968-2688 – we're here to help make things right because your happiness is what we're all about!

Change of heart on your printed artwork? It's all good! You've got 30 days from when we shipped it to send it back. If it's our mix-up, we'll cover the return postage.

We try our best never to make mistakes, but sometimes they will happen. Let us know within 72 hours of getting it, and we'll sort it out. Just remember, it needs to be in its original, unaltered condition, accessories and all.

Missed the 30-day mark? Don't stress! If it's our mistake, we might still hook you up with a merchandise credit for the product's invoice price.

Heads up though, we can't take back any opened or used items that have been altered post-shipment.

If something's not quite right with your item, and it's within 30 days of when we sent it, we're on it – you can exchange it for the exact same thing. And if you spot a material defect after those 30 days, give us a shout, and we'll chat about it.

Once we get your return, give us about 15 days to get everything sorted. We're super keen to process your return ASAP and credit the original card you used to buy. Thanks for sticking with us!
